Job Description
Job duties:
- Assist with processes relating to systems upgrades and running system tests for troubleshooting
- Help in the process of systems upgrades and changes to information system processes
- Look after the information system processes such as documenting the configuration of the systems and checking the functionality of data processing and process flows
- Provide recommendations to the senior management regarding the development of new systems and improving the existing systems
