Job Description
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, and merchants.
- Communicating with target audiences for merchant acquisition and managing customer relationships
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Maintaining and updating merchants/customer databases
- Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
- Monitoring competitor activity
- Supporting the In charge and other colleagues
- Communicating product developments to prospective clients
- Writing reports
- Providing management with feedback
- Other assigned duties as per the company
Job Specification
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Sales experience will be an asset.
- Good communication skill and capable of building trusting relationships.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
Note: Two Wheeler License Compulsory
