Job Description
- Researches, identifies all prospective clients and artists as per the target
- Identifies and approaches upcoming campaign, fashion shows, trade exhibition, dealer’s meet & product launches and other annual corporate events and shows and lists them.
- Coordinates with clients for assignment details and announces new requirement in email
- Visits every client assignment to coordinate with our artists and collects the picture of the assignment.
- Assist Studio Executive/Coordinator in retaining existing clients.
- Good ability to close a deal.
- Must acquire through knowledge of all our services and learn how to deliver them effectively so s/he can explain clients how our services can benefit them
- Approaches and maintains positive relation with hotels, restaurants, resorts, handicraft and different schools and colleges
- Establishes a long term strong business relationship as well as manages the retention with advertising agencies, entertainment industry, media houses, corporate houses, event organizers, trade exhibitors and other prospective clients & network
Job Specification
- Excellent Interpersonal skills in communication and presentation.
- Good knowledge of customer service and commercial industry.
- To work as an efficient and productive team player in meeting cross departmental urgent priorities and meet the deadline.
- Analytical and research skills for identifying and documenting the details of upcoming events and listing new client prospects and market segment for SPH prospective projects and assignment.
- Ability to work under pressure in demanding and unavoidable circumstances even during odd hours in order to meet deadline and target.
- Enthusiastic, Ambitious and Self-Confident
- Good record keeping, filing and document handling skills.
- Ability to take group orientations and briefing classes as and when required as per the standard talk line.
- Active social media and networking skills especially face book, YouTube & Instagram
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Nepali
- Computer knowledge and good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Email.
