Job Description

For Investment Company :

• Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
• Ensuring that tasks are completed and followed up on for themselves and their team
• General project management  
• Reviewing and reporting on potential leads
• Production of marketing materials such as pitches, reports, presentations, financial analysis, etc
• Taking responsibility for executing and managing transaction processes on behalf of the fund
• Taking initiative and being pro-active both with clients and internally
•  Producing marketing materials e.g. portfolio company pitches, fund-raising documentation
• Building sector expertise and maintaining strong trusted relationships in selected sectors
• Having a good awareness of the firm’s competitors and market opportunities 
• Managing or developing a powerful personal network
• Circulating a concise and insightful weekly update to the Partnership of project progress and other activities​ 

Job Specification

• Bachelor's Degree/ Master
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Investment Company
