Position: Junior Customer Support Representative (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Responsible to handle customer inquiries timely and professionally, to make sure every support ticket is responded and closed with keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
• Communicate with customers primarily over telephone, emails, viber, WhatsApp and social platforms.
• The candidate must be well organized, have excellent communication skills, multi-tasking with record keeping.
• Training and guidance are provided.
• He or she will work in a team with the Head of CSR, and other representatives.

Job Specification

• Computer savvy, excellent communicator, multilingual is a big plus, online research skill, attention to details, knowledge in ecommerce, team-player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quick learner.

Working Hour : 9AM - 5PM (1 hour lunch break)
