Job Description
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary account, monthly revenue and expenditure reports to departments.
- Calculates and prepare reimbursement billings and tracks receivables; reconciles monthly accounts receivable.
- Assist Officers with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Assist & support Officers carrying out the responsibilities of the finance department
- Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
Job Specification
- Should be smart with good communication skills
- Should have pleasant personality with positive attitude
- Competency with MS Office tools & email/Internet
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of computer& its applications
- Knowledge in accounting and tax system of Nepal will be an advantage
