Key Responsibilities

• Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn and/or Instagram
• Work closely with social media designer to create dynamic contents and ideas to boost products
• Responding to queries on social media platform
• Answering/making calls to potential customer/business leads
• Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content

Job Specification

Requirements

• Completed +2 Level or equivalent
• Content writing
• Good customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
