Job Description
  • Prepare and update employee’s filling system and maintain library management system.
  • Maintain, monitor and manage the library system of company (both hard copy and e-library).
  • Prepare appointment letters, job description and terms of references for the experts, staffs etc.
  • Provide assistance in recruitment and selection of employees, experts and maintain their database.
  • Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant experts/staff, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Monitor and regularly update attendance activities of staff and maintain vehicle information system.
  • Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as salary, leave and provide assistance in administering payroll. Update and maintain over time schedule and coordinate with the finance section.
  • Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
  • Provide advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety programs.
  • Prepare contract document for sub-consultant and sub-contractor.
  • Maintain ensure and conduct professional liability insurance (PLI) and all other insurances
  • Prepare, update and maintain the human resources database of company.
  • Comply other activities and management support to company as per the instruction and recommendation made by company directors or authorized representatives
Job Specification
  • An ideal candidate must have at least Bachelors in Management or a related field (Masters in Human Resources Management is Preferred)
  • At least two years of experience in HR management in any engineering consulting firm or any development activities.
  • He/She must have excellent communication skills in English.
