Position: HR Manager (Hot Job)

Job Description

• To forecast hiring requirements, especially in peak seasons and maximum turnover seasons.
• To design and post effective job ads on job boards and social networks, inform college career offices regarding vacancies, in order to solve all level of vacancy requirements,
•  To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly employee turnover reports.
• To be responsible for running and monitoring on board and orientation programs.
• To provide support to organization by developing the skills and capabilities of staff by identifying training and development opportunities; organizing staff training sessions within and outside the organization.
• To be involved and provide advice in staff dispute settlement process; provide proper solutions as per the rules and regulations of the company.
• To provide recommendations on disciplinary actions as per labor act and rules.
• To provide information and assistance at all levels on human resource and work on related issues by conducting meetings.
• To manage payroll considering overtime, duty schedules and also maintaining employee records.
• To develop and implement personnel management policies and procedures.
• To plan attractive compensation and benefits packages to increase retention.
• To conduct HR audits by preparing questionnaires and conducting interviews with employees.
• To set up performance appraisal evaluation forms and keep track of talent matrix.
•  To plan and execute the process of health insurance, advance/loan facilities to the staffs.
•  To provide feasible working environments for the staffs; promote safety in the working environment, availability and maintenance of office equipment.
• To plan proper exit of the employee and creating a beneficial experience letter for the staffs.
• To prepare and be part of conducting exit interviews.

• Effective written communications skills (both Nepali and English) including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures.

• Payroll management skills (preferably worked in NIMBLE HRIS)
• Master’s degree in HRM
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in similar position (Experience in retail sector preferred)
• Must have handled minimum 200 staff size in a company
• Good understanding of labor legislation, rules and regulations and acts.
• Experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for senior levels.
