Position: HR Manager (Hot Job)

Job Description

Actively participate in developing, executing, coordinating and communicating human resource plans in the following areas:

1. Provide coaching and support to management around key people management activities:

• Hiring and recruitment
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Talent management
• Learning and development

2. Create, maintain, execute and enforce various company policies. Propose improvement to policies, programs and procedures to improve effectiveness of human resources and operations

3. Assure HR programs are carried out in accordance with company’s policies and procedures

4. Act as an intermediary between the staff and other departments within the company

5. Co-ordinate with the management team on staff appraisals

6. Update and maintain job requirements and job descriptions for all positions

7. Staff orientation and induction

8. Work and organization design

9. Lead processes in interpreting and translating business strategy into human and organization initiatives

10. Proactively support, encourage and facilitate staff to engage in continuous improvement activities

Job Specification

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in management, human resources, or other business-related field (Masters preferred)

A minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience including:

• Firm exposure to several HR functions for example talent management, compensation, benefits, training and development, performance management
• Proper experience with employee relations, managing employee performance
• Experience supporting various functions such as operations, administration
• Experience with recruiting and hiring best practices
• Experience rolling out general HR programs
