  • Assist in hiring by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
  • Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in grades, promotion, and performance evaluation; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
  • Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
  • Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information
  • Track vacation, sick and personal time and assist in payroll preparation
  • Keep abreast of labor policy and practices and suggest update on the company policy and employee handbook if and when required
  • Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and planning training for staff to enhance their performance and achieve the company's business aims
  • Provide necessary support to other team functions including administrative and operational issues
  • Plan, execute, and manage budget for corporate team building activities such as Teej celebration, picnic and Laxmi puja.


General Administration:

  • Provide support to staff members for the process of travel plan and brief about travel policy to concerned staff members
  • Provide assistance and ensure timely settlement of daily allowance and travel expense of staff members
  • Provide logistical support for staff travel and other work related matters
  • Check and verify the monthly attendance sheet of staff members
  • Provide assistance to CEO; maintain documentation and important paperwork
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
