Job Description
  • Lead the Support Services Unit of Hi being the direct line manager of finance , HR & Admin , Logistics , Compliance and Government Liaison
  • Manage the overall country program finanacial management which includes proposal budget development , annual budget planning , financial monitoring and forecasting.
  • Be responsible for donor project contract verification, negotiation and implementation of contractual obligation and procedures 
  • Support HR & Admin department to ensure tht HR policies are upto date and in-line with HI rules and regulations, national labor law, tax law and any other relevant laws.
Job Specification
  • Mater's degree/ MBA in Financial Management/ HR
  • At least 7years of professional experience of managing support/admin services preferably in the INGO sector 
  • Strong Leadership , and experience in training and/ or coaching having patience flexibility and self-reliance with fluency in English and Nepali Languages .
  • Strong background in Finance and Management .
