Job Description
  • Primarily focused on the creation of strategic organizational profiles for our companies leading clients and prospective clients. These will be used to present to our top clients by our senior leadership
  • Drives the collection of relevant information that provides an accurate depiction of that clients current and desired future state
  • Links the content to strategic insight for what the client should be addressing to achieve optimal growth
  • Work closely with manager to provide feedback on the new product service is being accepted by clients and internal team members
  • Work closely with the Global account and Key Account Management teams to take input and turn that into actionable outputs
  • Assist with relevant Partner(s) that are presenting the materials to ensure they are adequately trained ahead of client meetings

  • Proven ability to identify and convert client business goals and objectives into solutions
  • Proven ability to write effective research in a value oriented manner
  • Although primarily an individual contributor, displays great teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem identification and problem solving skills
  • Understands consulting as a business, demonstrates competency (or capacity to be successful) in the ability to translate customer/business requirements into business solutions and successfully position our research outputs with a customer in mind
  • Ability to engage senior internal management in discussions regarding our solutions
  • Must be a team player and where required be able to work independently
  • Must thrive in a global, entrepreneurial environment

Education and Experience:

  • BA or BSc / MBA preferred
  • Experience with research skills preferred
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of research / analytical experience, gained with a well-known consulting or technology services firm is a preference
  • Proven industry experience in one or more of Frost & Sullivan’s target markets.
