Job Description
- Responsible for handling all the incoming and outgoing calls
- Responsible to deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Excellent typing skills in both Nepali and English
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
- Ensure reception area is tidy
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person/department
- Schedule appointments maintaining & updating calendars, reminding respective personnel for the appointments
- Keep the attendance book and other materials as required
- Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationship with team members
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
Other Specification
- Must have completed +2; additional qualifications will be a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in operation of front desk management
- Candidate should have good presentation and communication skills
- Should have pleasing personality and with a positive attitude
- Must possess good telephonic manner
- Should have computer skills such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel
- Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
