Job Description
- Responsible for handling all the incoming and outgoing calls, and transferring calls to the concerned department
- Handling Customers and Visitors, and deliver excellent customer service, at all times
- Disseminating necessary information to the visitors and directing them to the concerned department
- Dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Registering all the documents, letters and proposals received in the name of concerned executives and submitting the same to them
- Maintaining a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality environment
- Carrying out other tasks as arises in the unit
Job Specification
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
