Job Description

• Do counselling about academic courses
• Do admission in abroad studies
• Do marketing via personal counseling, telephone, email and SMS in order to do admission
• Responsible to meet the target
• Perform office administration and clerical duties
• Operate telephone switchboard and answer and transfer calls
• Take messages and communicate to appropriate employees
• Greet visitors and escort them to appropriate office or person
• Respond to visitor’s questions professionally and courteously

Job Specification

• Attractive and Smart Personality
• Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position will be preferred
• Strong knowledge on Microsoft office packages, office procedures and basic accounting principles
• Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
• Ability to cooperate with other departments
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Both Nepali and English)
• Great organizational and multitasking abilities
