We are looking for an experienced training and development manager to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. They should be able to identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the organization.

  • Identify training needs by evaluating, strengths and weakness of the candidates
  • Translate requirements into training that will groom candidates for their desired position
  • Develop or oversee the production of training handouts, instructional materials & manuals
  • Deliver training courses
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in training & development of hospitality
  • Harmonizing to the recruitment & Ticketing Team
  • Supporting the recruitment team in grooming, prescreening & Briefing candidates
  • Reports to management immediately any trouble observed by yourself
    Other Specification
    • Proven work experience as a training manager
    • Masters in Hospitality and another field will be preferred
    • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
    • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
    • Strong writing and the record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals
    • Good computer and database skills
