Position: Executive Chef (Hot Job)

Job Description

• A high-end restaurant & lounge on the phase of its setup is looking for a dynamic, creative & proactive EXECUTIVE CHEF.
• The candidate will oversee the overall kitchen operations and will have an opportunity to aid in creating the menu along with the Management, developing standard recipes, training staff and maintaining the highest degree of food quality.
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
• Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
• Recruit and manage kitchen staff
• Rectify arising problems or complaints
• Give prepared plates the “final touch”

Job Specification

• International exposure, degree and experience is preferred.
• Young & Motivated individuals specialized in Continental & Local cuisine are encouraged to apply.
