- Develop annual brand promotion and event plan
- Organize and lead special projects and events targeted at brand promotion
- Develop and formulate event organizing policies and strategies with the help of the team
- Plan, get approval for and implement event activities in efficient and effective ways
- Conduct analysis of customer, current market conditions and competitor information about the events
- Plan and manage resources to be utilized in the programs according to agreed budgets
- Research and evaluate new event opportunities, customer needs, and insights
- Develop and formulate event organizing policies and strategies with the help of the team
- Call meetings, internal and external (with Jury members, other stakeholders), and get finalized the agenda to be implemented
- Manage relevant reporting of activities and financial information of the event unit in coordination with the Finance Department
- Maintain, develop and articulate an organization’s desired corporate image, reputation, and position
- Analyze the effectiveness of all event efforts and report to the supervisor
- Act as the Organization’s representative with the stakeholders
- Lead projects as assigned and special events
Other Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any relevant field
- Experience of event management and brand promotions at least 2 years
- Fluent in English and local language
- Computer skills and proficient in MS-office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have own vehicle
