Job Description
  • Should have working knowledge of computer.
  • Should be able to handle office files and make documents.
  • Should be responsible for storage, cataloging and retrieval of documents.
  • Should maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation when revised.
  • Should maintain systems for document storage and retrieval, and help train employees on efficient system usage.
  • Should be responsible for document security, for assigning access, and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
Job Specification
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Packages, Internet and E-mail)
  • Should know basic Photoshop and MS Excel.
  • Fluent in English
  • Pleasing Personality. 
  • Should have good computer knowledge
  • Should have typing skills in Nepali and English
