Job Description

For Documentation Officer

  • Documentation officer are responsible for maintenance of company documents.
  • They are responsible for storage, cataloging and retrieval of documents.
  • They maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation when revised.
  • They maintain systems for document storage and retrieval, and help train employees on efficient system usage.
  • They are also responsible for document security, for assigning access, and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.

For Japanese Teacher

  • Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
  • Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers.
  • Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
  • Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate and/or graduate students 
  • Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction.
Job Specification

For Documentation Officer

  • Must have basic computer knowledge
  • Should have typing skills in nepali and english
  • Knowledge about public relation matters
  • Candidates having excellent english typing skills are encourage to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

For Japanese Teacher

  • Candidate those who have studied in Japan will be given preference
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Confident and active personality
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
