Job Description
  • HKI/Nepal is seeking a Director-Program Operations to provide program operations and finance oversight and support to the Country Office and sub-offices to ensure overall achievement of HKI objectives.
  • S/he will ensure that HKI complies with relevant laws and regulations both internal to the organization and of the host country.
  • In addition, s/he will ensure financial accountability, policies and procedures are implemented effectively and efficiently, including internal and external audit requirements.
  • S/he will provide finance and operations, human resources, budgetary and contractual oversight and guidance for the management of programs to ensure smooth running and overall goals and objectives are met.
  • S/he will also ensure the safety and security of the employees and the organizational assets. 
Job Specification
  • Must have a minimum of master’s degree (preferably an MBA) or in an associated area with a minimum of 10 years’ professional work experience in similar organizations, including experience of Finance & Operations
