  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our and clients social media presence
  • Create content for promotional materials pertaining to marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) related activities
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content
  • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Design and develop banners and brochures for online and offline campaigns.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Deliver recommendations to improve client’s site rankings and traffic and/or other measurable results, based on agreed KPIs/ business objectives for the project
  • Responsible for R&D and reaching potential clients with liaison with Business Development team.
  • Continuously recommend ideas/tactics and formulate campaign optimization plans

  • Masters degree in either marketing, IT or digital
  • Proven working 2 plus years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing.
  • Having the skill set of content writing will be preferred
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
