Position: Deal Analyzer/Land Agent (Hot Job)

Job Description

Primary Duties:

• Search for low value and underdeveloped properties in and around London using various tools
• Analyze the site for potential development
• Prepare deals summary for every site found
• Meet a monthly target set by the company
• Report daily tasks to the supervisor
• Will be working with online maps and various applications to search and analyze building sites in and around London

Job Specification

• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality environment
• Responsible for completing projects within prescribed resource limits and in accordance with client requirements and company’s standards
• Effectively communicate and manage client’s expectations throughout the development process.
• Have positive attitude and high level of commitment towards work
• Good knowledge of computer application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and should know how to make online searches and map searches efficiently
• Ability to research and learn new technologies quickly and on your own
• Possess excellent written and spoken English
• Possess highly interactive and interpersonal skills
• Should have presentable personality
• Ability to make efficient online searches
• Ability to search online Maps   

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university in any field (preferably Computer Science or IT) and 1 year of work experience.

Note: Both qualification and experience can be compromised if the candidate proves to be deserving.
