Job Description

  • Data remains consistent across the database.
  • Data is clearly defined.
  • Manage database access.
  • Collect list of everyday sourcing.
  • Generate candidate’s list before interview.
  • Update the Master list after interviews.
  • Send weekly returns to the international partner.
  • Updating and amending existing databases.
  • Training colleagues in how to input and extract data.
  • Helping the documentation department to arrange the files.
  • Ensuring that database meet user requirements.

Job Specification

  • Prior experience within a similar company is preferred.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in business management, database, or similar subject field.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Good communication skills.
