Job Description
- Data remains consistent across the database.
- Data is clearly defined.
- Manage database access.
- Collect list of everyday sourcing.
- Generate candidate’s list before interview.
- Update the Master list after interviews.
- Send weekly returns to the international partner.
- Updating and amending existing databases.
- Training colleagues in how to input and extract data.
- Helping the documentation department to arrange the files.
- Ensuring that database meet user requirements.
Job Specification
- Prior experience within a similar company is preferred.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in business management, database, or similar subject field.
- Fluent in English language.
- Good communication skills.
