Job Description
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Direct customers to online resources
  • Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
  • Pitch ideas for improving customer care
  • Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
  • Attend weekly staff meetings
  • Participate in team-building activities
  • Meet all customer needs and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation.
  • Continually expand your knowledge of our business in order to.
  • Accurately answer question and address client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client files.
  • Investigate and pursue client leads, expanding our client base, conduct basic administrative tasks such and copying and filing.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
Job Specification
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
  •  Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
  •  A customer-oriented attitude
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  •  Problem-solving aptitude
  •  Ability to work well with a team
