Job Description
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Direct customers to online resources
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
- Pitch ideas for improving customer care
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Participate in team-building activities
- Meet all customer needs and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation.
- Continually expand your knowledge of our business in order to.
- Accurately answer question and address client concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up to date client files.
- Investigate and pursue client leads, expanding our client base, conduct basic administrative tasks such and copying and filing.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
Job Specification

- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
