Position: Creative Supervisior (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Assist the creative director in overseeing the creative department in completing the task within the specified time period.
• Participate in meetings with account executives to discuss on client’s requirements.
• Review and approve the final layouts, design and copy materials before presenting it to the clients for the assigned projects in absence of creative head.
• Explore different ideas and concepts for both the visual and verbal elements in union with the creative team.
• Coordinate the productions phase; booking and liaising with designers, illustrators, printers, photographers and production companies.
• Illustrate and prepare detailed storyboards showing sequence and timing of story development for television production.
• Be completely responsible and accountable for the assigned projects.
• Discuss any issue arising in their work of area with the creative head.
• Oversee the creative department in completing deadline-driven creative campaigns.

Job Specification

• MBA Or MBS (Specialization In Marketing will be an advantage)
• Minumum 5 years of experience in Advertising Agency in related position
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Must be a good communicator and must be able to lead a team.
