Job Description

• Handle customer write-in inquiries on credit card and banking product features and benefits, marketing programs, fee and charges, account information and relevant operational processes, etc.
• To resolve customer problems within the established guidelines and adherence to the service standards
• Collect and escalate critical customer feedback to supervisor for product/service/program improvement
• Maintain good relationship with customers through delivery of superior services via correspondence.
• Comply with established policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of bank’s and customer’s asset.
• Maintain the service quality and productivity at defined business requirement.

Job Specification

• Good command of written English
• Fluent in spoken English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in correspondence or customer service sector is a plus
• Good problem and complaint handling skills
• Good team-player, hardworking and self-motivated
• Willing to work overtime/shift duty including overnight shift and holidays  
• Good typing and computer skills
