Job Description
  • Answer inquiries regarding such information as schedules, procedures, and policies via calls and emails.
  • Correspondence is accuratelyacknowledged and replied within set timeframes.
  • Maintain basic correspondence databases, and organize and safe-keep official documents records.
  • Assemble and issue required documentation.
  • Perform other administrative duties, within the scope of the contract, as assigned.
  • Must be able to work independently and follow through to completion those duties assigned.
  • Contact customers or agencies to advise them of travel conveyance changes or to confirm reservations.
  • Inform clients of essential travel information such as travel times, transportation connections, medical and other required documents.
  • Communicating with customers in a personalized, informative, courteous and diplomaticmanner in order to build a strong relationship.
  • Maintaining a high level of responsiveness and efficiency in reaching a resolution thatmeets the customer’s expectations in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Developing a knowledge base and degree of assurance in order to explain necessaryinformation clearly and ensure that the customer fully understands the services company provides.
  • Coordinating and maintaining good relationship with tour operators, vendors, suppliers, partners, etc.
  • Use promotional techniques to sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Handling issues, complaints and providing immediate solution during the travel of clientele and receiving suggestions and feedback.
  • Creating innovative itineraries and plans.

  • Should have good presentation and professional communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Excellent knowledge of computer proficiency.

  • Should possess the knowledge of IT (will be more advantage).

  • Ability to communicate diplomatically and tactfully in order to develop close relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Problem solving, multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to function in team environment.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours.

  •  Fluent in English and additional language will be an advantage.
