Job Description
- Support the Demi Chef de Partie and Commis I & II in the daily operations
- Prepare the Mise en Place required for the daily operations
- Strain and change all deep fryer oil as instructed by the Demi Chef de Partie
- Store and stock food inventory as per departmental guidelines
- Clean and sanitize all food storage areas, walk in fridges, freezers, ovens, freestanding hot and
- cold boxes and dry storage cupboards
- Ensure that the food preparation area is clean at all times
- Report equipment breakdowns to DCDP
- Ensure that breakages, wastages and pilferage in the Kitchen are kept at a minimum
- Report any disciplinary issues to the DCDP
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
