Job Description
Planned and scheduled, reviewed, evaluated and reported progress of projects the
Monitored and evaluated the design methods and execution process of the road maintenance activities
Cooperation with Supervision team and Sub Contractors Technical offices. Monitoring execution problems and solve them with Field Engineers.
Estimation work of various items as per requirement of project, preparation, and submission of Variation orders & Claim related issues.
Rate analysis for different activities of construction works.
Planning and monitoring of construction phases/activities. Looking ahead schedules on the daily, weekly and monthly basis.(Using MS Project)
Job Specification
BE Civil Engineer - Minimum Experience 7 years in Building and should be able to execute project independently, prepare rate analysis, work schedules, bar bending schedules etc.
