Job Description
- Foster project sales by circulating technical parameters to the possible projects, scouting projects, and housing for possible business.
- Make aware all buyers, sales officer, parties on the following:-
- Grade of Cement
- Mixing Ratio
- Setting time period
- Site visit of different projects and get feedback from the customers.
- Visiting potential projects/ clients in order to address their queries on techno commercial aspect of cement concrete technology.
- Giving presentations about Cement Products with Leading consultants & Contractors.
- Attending Techno Commercial meeting with clients.
- Identifying upcoming projects from the preliminary stage.
- Responsible for Customer Retention and promotions designed to increase customer advocacy and retained customers.
Job Specification
- At least 10 years of experience on Construction industry specially structural and architectural aspect of the project.
- BE Civil/ BE Structural/ BE Architecture Graduate from a reputed institution of Nepal.
- Experience on drawing software and construction valuation is required.
- Own a vehicle with driving license (two wheeler/Four Wheeler)
