Job Description
- Maintain and verify proper accounting records.
- The chief accountants have to handle the complete account departments and their employees
- He/she should know all the latest accounting laws and procedures
- He/She should develop accounting procedures specific to their own company
- They should teach the new accounting programs to the new employees
- The chiefs have to make recommendations for promotions
- Explain and detailing to the manager in daily baisis.
Job Specification
- Proper interpersonal skills, including job sensitivity and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English with good presentation and explanatory skills.
- Sound knowledge in computing and accounting packages.
- Knowledge about Taxation in accordance to the law og Nepal Government.
- Familiarity and experience with account software’s.
