Job Description
  • Responsible for assisting food preparation in specific section of the kitchen
  • Work as instructed by the Chef de Partie and Executive Chef
  • Ensure that the food preparation area is clean at all times
  • Relay food orders to the station and ensure that the dishes are prepared on time
  • Prepare K.O.T for all orders before supplying the food
  • Guide the Commis in their assigned tasks and make sure that the food produced, meet the Quality Standard set by the company.
  • Report equipment breakdowns to Maintenance Department and ensure quick repair/replacement
  • Ensure that breakages, wastages and pilferage in the Kitchen are kept at a minimum
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
