Job Description
-
Interact closely of daily operations of VIP Services and to maintain a high level of excellent service to guests and fellow Team Members;

Monitor and maintain service quality of Casino;
-
Monitor the information being distribute during team daily briefing is accurate and up-to-date;
-
Supervise all the TMs on a daily basis to ensure they are operating at their maximum capacity;
-
Handle guest complaint;
-
Maintains departmental operations manual and standard operating procedures;
-
Coach and guide team members to ensure high service standard and operates efficiently on all systems at all times;
-
Identify and report system enhancement request and needs to higher levels;
-
Collect feedback from the team continuously to ensure necessary support is given to team to maximize morale and retention.
Job Specification
-
Experience in hotel front desk, charter flight arrangement, casino loyalty program and/or event planning preferred;
-
Standard organizational skills needed to effectively execute and direct promotions efforts and resources;
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills required;
-
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills;
-
Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Power point and Database.
