  • Responsible for managing the Branch Office in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in the assigned community market area, implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the office as part of the organization overall strategic plan
  • Ensuring the office's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements directly supervising assigned personnel
  • Communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel & providing periodic reports
  • Manage the Branch Office in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in the assigned community market area
  • Implementing strategies to achieve goals assigned to the office as established in the Organizational overall strategic plan, assists in the development of the annual budget plan
  • Organize, schedule, and distribute work among assigned personnel and ensure proper branch staff levels to meet customer need
  • Actively participate in community organizations and activities in a manner which reflects favorably on the organization
    Other Specification
    • A branch manager needs to be a leader, a multitasker, a problem-solver and be goal-oriented
    • Must have work experience in the financial sector
    • Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Should have computer skills in MS Windows environment
    • Must have exposure in deposit marketing, credit, and operation of the branch office
    • Willing to travel out of the valley
