Corporate Title: Senior Associate Engineer
Department: System Support and Deployment Department
Reports To: Manager
Job Overview:
Associate Technical Engineer will be responsible to support the branches of F1Soft Group of companies and also monitor all the application services with coordination services with coordination with development and operation team and internal stake holders.
- Ensure the connectivity with redundant network links with all the clients/merchants/ISPs
- Troubleshoot network related issue in F1 group of companies
- Regular review the devices and policy’s
- Proper implementation of IPS/UTM
- Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
