Position: Assistant Manager (Hot Job)

Job Description

Coordinate with and bring results from the Sales and Marketing team, Technical team
and ensure administration of fruitful ideas.

Identify product improvements or new products by making research on industry trends,
market activities, and competitors.

 Identify new areas of business development, campaigns, make research about it and
develop a ready-to-implement strategy for the same.
 

Formulate marketing and sales plan and facilitate execution of strategy.
 

Undertake competitor analysis and propose new business strategies.
 

Facilitate clients/lead communication.
 

Review proposals for company product/service.

Supervise and guide the Business Development Team

Job Specification

Have Good communication and presentation skills

Have Good writing and analyzing skills

 Have Outspoken and Persuasive Nature

 Have a Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience of managing team

  Should have his/her own vehicle and Driving license
