Job Description
- He/She should fulfill the monthly sales target .
- To provide clear direction and guidance to marketing personnel.
- To motivate, train and develop marketing personnel.
- To overseas the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department.
- To conceptualize, plan, develop, propose and evaluate annual sales and marketing plans, advertising and promotion
- budget and media schedule.
- To identify and develop new markets and market opportunities.
- To review, propose and recommend suitable and effective pricing structure.
- To participate in overseas trade fairs and sales missions organized either by STB, ASA or on our own.
- To set yearly visitor ship and sales target.
Job Specification
- The incumbent should have thorough knowledge in Sales planning (both banquet and room sales) & computer operation with excellent communication skill.
- Knowledge of customer care and sales promotion will be added qualification.
- Highly qualified and experienced candidate will be given preference.
