Position: Assistant Client Relation Officer(Female) (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.
• Schedule regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences and visit client offices to strengthen the relationships.
• Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs.
• Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
• Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Linkedin and other relevant sites
• Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
• Manage and close client businesses to achieve profitability.
• Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Inform clients about company products, services and promotions.
• Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction.

Job Specification

• Excellent communication skills, both orally, particularly on the telephone, and in writing and confidence liaising and communicating with client agencies and individuals 
• Good mailing skills ,Good communication in english ,Good Personality, Good client follow up , Good Excel and Linkedin Skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and multitask under pressure
• Excellent creative writing skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office software
• Quick to learn and capable of working independently 
• Experience in development of marketing and using social media for marketing purposes
• Experience in building client relationships
