Job Description
- Collaborate with our partners(sellers, marketers etc.) to manage all aspects of the e-Commerce business:
- Analysis, planning, & development
- Promotional campaigns and online marketing
- Serve as liaison and primary point of contact with our partners, acting as project manager to test, evaluate, prioritize, manage and implement e-Commerce initiatives
- Work closely with the sellers to manage and execute the marketing strategy
- Manage user experience of the website including site navigation, content development and promotional campaigns
- Implement new online business strategies and initiatives and make recommendations to Dev. team based on client feedback, analytics and data
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic and customer acquisition
- Implement marketing campaigns that complement season events and campaigns
- Daily and weekly reporting on e-Commerce channel KPIs
Job Specification
- 1-3 years of experience in physical and digital marketing platforms.
- Expertise in current eCommerce industry best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and decision making skills. Extremely detail-oriented.
- Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable multi-tasking.
*We're looking for someone who's passionate about startups and want to leave a mark behind with his work. So, we prefer someone who can commit at least few years to the work and is willing to accept equity(stock) as a portion of the remuneration.
*Payout is not a problem for the right candidate.
*Both the options (Full time / Part time) are available for the right candidate.
