Position: ASM (Janakpur and Dhangadi) (Hot Job)

Address customers’ inquiries and complaints through telephone, email, letter, face-to-face. Handle and solve customers’ complaints successfully by investigating their problems thoroughly.
Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers (that includes customers’ complaints, major problems investigated and other.
Records must be reported to Customer Service Manager. Assist aand coordiante with Customer Service Manager in operating company’s procedure correctly.

Two years of experience in marketing or sales department preferably in electronic goods (home appliances) trading company
Fluent in both Nepali and working knowledge in English
Should have good knowledge of market statistics of electronic goods
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
Should be willing settle outside Kathmandu or willing to travel intensively outside Kathmandu
Should have very good communication skills
Should have patience and politeness while dealing with dealers
