Job Description
The AFLP program is an 18 months paid Management Trainee and Graduate Trainee program to make you our next leader. You’ll be given opportunities to implement theories in practice, projects that drive business results and will help you grow to your maximum potential.

Job Specification
- Master’s Degree in MBA or Equivalent, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/ Computer Engineering, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, OR
- Master Degree in Social Work/Rural Development or Equivalent, OR
Prerequisite:
- Completed Final semester/ Year of your college degree or recent graduate or up to 2 years of work experience having qualification as mentioned above
- Academically strong with strong proven track record
- Fluent in English language
- Knowledge of MS Office
