Job Description
- Preparing daily reports and maintaining books of accounts
- Prepare weekly payment statements and communicate with necessary
- Prepare deposit slips, payment slips and transfers
- Process invoices and track bank deposits and payments
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank statements
- Calculate tax and other deductions
- Create financial documents and its proper handling
- Assist in financial audits
- Ensure compliance with Govt. rules
- Undertake any other duties as directed
- Should have basic idea about Vat, Tax, Tally and Billing Procedure
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management
- Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures,
- Knowledge of latest amendments in Tax Law,
- Cash handling skills,
- Strong ethics to manage confidential data
- Advanced MS Excel skills
