Job Description
- Preparing, checking and verification of all kinds of vouchers
- Maintaining and verification of sales and purchase registers.
- Maintaining the cash and bank book for preparing daily cash reports
- Preparing report of outstanding debtors and creditors
- Preparing the monthly report for submitting to management
- Taking necessary backups of all the accounting files and folders on a weekly basis
- Maintaining records in Tally Software
- Giving advices to directors regarding ways for reducing expenses and improve revenue
