Position: Accountant (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting informations preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
• Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
• According to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurated and immediately available when needed '
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.

Job Specification

• Must be very fluent in excel.
• Accounting software – swastik and tally
• Must be Smart and active female candidate as can deal will client as well.
• If work is as expected then increment is not an issue .
• Must have good knowledge of operating Accounting software packages
• Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Must be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
