Job Description
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal creative team, and schedule the deliverables.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for designated clients account management 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with client and key stakeholder
  • Ensure the timely fulfillment of client needs and requirement
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to client and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Prepare reports on service quality status and volume of work
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
