Job Description
- Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Brief and oversee the work of internal creative team, and schedule the deliverables.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for designated clients account management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with client and key stakeholder
- Ensure the timely fulfillment of client needs and requirement
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to client and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Prepare reports on service quality status and volume of work
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
