Job Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high service quality.
- Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain service standards.
- Ensure food quality and hygiene regulations are met.
- Handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relations.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
