Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the information in website.
- Generate BIDT Data Report, provide report to concern departments and stations
- Assist on products enhancement project, setups, test and prepare test reports. E.g. Insurance Set Ups, Portal Plus, CMS, LMS etc.
- Management and administrative support to B2B agents, new activation.
- Management of ticket quota and ticketing authority for NP/MY/BD agents and prepare periodical reports.
- Handling and administrative support to the direct customers (B2C)
- Manage the records of IT equipment and provide IT support to inhouse colleagues.
- Assist on procurement and contract management.
- Assist for other assignments as and when required.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with 2 years of work experience in related field
- Experience in house support and system operation
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali
- Basic knowledge related to IT equipment and development
