Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Global Standard Educare. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage call logs efficiently.
- Maintain and organize student records, files, and folders.
- Handle document scanning, data entry, and record updates accurately.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups as needed.
- Coordinate communication between students, staff, and management.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-organized at all times.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced educational environment.
